Hailey grew up in Boerne, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word. After graduating nursing school, she started her career in the Pediatric Congenital Cardiac Unit. She also practiced as an RN in the Pediatric Emergency Room and Pediatric Sedation Services. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as at Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Hailey and her husband have one four-legged child, a goldendoodle named Charlie. In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and traveling.
