Dr. Carter graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and later received his Master’s Degree from Northwestern University. He then received his Medical Degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso and completed his Residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in 2020.

Dr. Carter provides quality pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents. He has 7 years experience. Dr. Carter is Board Certified in Pediatrics.
