What to expect during these visits
Preventative care is very important to your child’s overall health. Not only do children receive their scheduled immunizations, it also gives you an opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns with the provider. Our providers will continue to conduct developmental screening and counseling to guide you through your parenting challenges.
School/Camp Physicals
We are frequently asked to provide medical evaluations and sign forms required by school districts, organizations or clubs to clear a child for participation in certain physical activities. We are happy to complete these medical clearance forms during your child’s annual visit. If your child has had an annual exam within the last year and needs a sports physical at a later point in time, we may need to update her/his medical history and provide a limited exam prior to providing medical clearance. We charge $20 for this service, payable at the time of your visit. Please note that many insurance companies do not cover this service.
